 The "10seconds" app processes user authentication credentials, uploaded 10-second short-form video content, user interactions (likes, comments, following), and device-level camera/microphone permissions exclusively to deliver a seamless hyper-short video streaming and social platform experience. All media caching and video transfers are handled securely using encrypted cloud storage (SSL/TLS) and local caching protocols.

Daniel Byun / Dan Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with applicable laws to protect the personal information of users (data subjects) and to promptly and smoothly handle any grievances related thereto.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

3. Content Moderation and Service Security: Monitoring and preventing unlawful or harmful video uploads, blocking abnormal traffic and abuse, and maintaining overall service stability.

Article 2 (Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information)

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention/use period required by applicable laws or agreed upon when collecting personal information from the user.

② The specific processing and retention periods are as follows:

• Account Registration and Profile Information: Retained until the user deletes their account (provided that in the event of an ongoing investigation for violation of relevant laws, data will be retained until such investigation concludes).

• User Posts (10-Second Videos, Comments, Likes) and Activity Logs: Permanently deleted immediately upon user deletion or account withdrawal (provided that system access logs for service stability are stored for 3 months in accordance with applicable laws and regulations before disposal).
